Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SMM Portal ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users — buyers, sellers, and visitors.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Our Services
SMM Portal is an online marketplace that enables the buying and selling of social media accounts and digital assets. We act as an intermediary and provide escrow services — we are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
- We provide an escrow service to protect both buyers and sellers
- We offer dispute resolution for eligible transactions
- We do not guarantee the performance of any social media account after purchase
- Account availability and stock is controlled entirely by sellers
User Accounts
To access most features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Marketplace Rules
Sellers must:
- Accurately describe all listed products — including follower count, engagement rate, and niche
- Only list accounts they legally own and have the right to sell
- Deliver account credentials promptly after payment confirmation
- Not engage in fraudulent listings or misrepresentation of any kind
Buyers must:
- Use purchased accounts in compliance with the respective platform's own terms of service
- Not request chargebacks for validly delivered digital goods
- Release escrow funds promptly after satisfactory delivery
Payments & Escrow
All transactions are processed in USD. Our escrow service holds payment funds until the buyer confirms receipt or a dispute is resolved.
- Platform fee: 5% on each successful transaction (deducted from seller payout)
- Withdrawal fee: 11% on seller withdrawals
- Escrow funds are automatically released after 72 hours if no dispute is raised
- Wallet deposits are processed via Fapshi mobile money
- Refunds are issued back to your SMM Portal wallet and are subject to our dispute process

Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Selling hacked, stolen, or compromised accounts
- Listing accounts with artificially inflated metrics (fake followers or engagement)
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or circumvent platform limits
- Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Attempting to conduct transactions outside the Platform to avoid escrow or fees
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward other users
- Manipulating reviews or engaging in fake transactions to boost reputation
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of wallet funds.
Disputes & Refunds
If you have a problem with an order, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of delivery. Our support team will review the case and make a final decision.
- Disputes are reviewed within 3–5 business days
- We may request evidence from both parties
- Our decision is final and binding
- Digital goods (account credentials) that have been accessed are non-refundable unless the listing was materially misrepresented
Limitation of Liability
SMM Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Loss of account value after purchase due to social media platform algorithm changes
- Suspension of purchased accounts by the respective social media platform
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Platform
- Technical failures or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
